We are absolutely thrilled with the results of our new bathroom from BlueWater. From the first time we walked into the beautiful showroom we were filled with confidence in the team and amazing choice of products. Mark designed our new bathroom and the attention to detail was superb. He listened to our requirements and helped us to choose products and make best use of the space. At the outset he said that our new bathroom would be 'turn key' and he was true to his word! Darren, our fitter, was amazing! He was punctual, organised, incredibly tidy and again his attention to detail and quality of workmanship was outstanding. A really super chap! He left us with our dream bathroom. After having used Bluewater last year having a bathroom refitted I was very pleased with the result, which made them my first port of call for a quote for a new kitchen this year. Paul, Project manager, came to measure and assess what I needed. He then came up with a few designs which we discussed at length and decided which one to run with. A date was set for the start. Everything happened on time, from delivery to finish. Shaun, the kitchen fitter, was prompt every day and a tidy, professional tradesman. A couple of small problems arose, which were dealt with promptly and efficiently. All involved, plumbers, plasterer and electricians were all very friendly and efficient. We are very pleased indeed with our new kitchen which has been supplied and fitted by Bluewater. Dominic who was the Project Leader was a fantastic help with the design and helped us choose the most modern and upto date appliances, lighting, taps and all the matching sundry items. Dominic was made fully aware of our budget at the start so we had to be creative to achieve this goal and with some minor tweaking this was achieved. Sean the fitter was fantastic a true craftsman and we cannot praise him enough for the quality of his workmanship. He always kept us informed of what daily progress he was intending to make and we had plenty dialogue with certain bits of the fit. He made sure that before leaving site the kitchen area was left clear and tidy and was always punctual. ~ Paul G
Full bathroom installation (shower, bath, WC, sink, cabinet, radiator wall & floor tiling) . Excellent from start to finish. Listened to what we wanted and came up with good design solutions. Good choice of fixtures, fittings, furniture etc. Guided us through choosing the various items and finishes with no pressure and good advice. Ian Dawson managed the project very well, always keeping us informed. Tommy installed the bathroom to a very high standard - fantastic attention to detail and obviously someone who takes real pride in his work. Very clean and tidy worker. He also kept us informed of progress and checked we were happy with the work at each stage. Installation was completed within the timescale quoted. Fantastic company with excellent service! We had our bathroom redone which included completely stripping it back to brick and moving our internal soil stack to outside. We had one contact throughout the process, Adrian, who was extremely helpful from our initial consultation through to completion of the works. Our fitter, Mark, completed a beautiful renovation, including small details that provide a very professional finish (ie, some of the pipe work had to be boxed in rather than run under the floor boards. The box was tiled to match the rest of the room....a MUCH better look than what we inherited!). Cannot recommend this company enough (have already told three friends who are thinking of getting renovations done). ~ Rachel D
Having had our new bathroom fitted last year by Bluewater, there was only one place we were going to go when we decided to replace our kitchen. From the first phone call to the end of the project, we cannot fault the professionalism, the quality of their products and the quality of their workmanship. Paul, our designer, gave us some excellent ideas and was happy to tweak these so that we got exactly what we wanted, which is my dream kitchen! All of the workmen turned up when they were supposed to, they were all very pleasant, polite and worked very hard to complete their part, so thanks to the electricians Mikey and Cam, the plasterer Shaun, the granite guys and a massive thank you to Matt who fitted the whole kitchen to the very high standard Bluewater provides. Having moved into our new home in December we wanted to add kitchen units and completely redesign a very sparse utility room. Dominic got to work on the design and has totally transformed the two rooms. He also sourced and installed an integrated washing machine within days of us placing the order. Everything was delivered as promised on the Friday before the fitting and Matt arrived bright and early on the Monday to begin 5 days of fitting. Matt could not have been more friendly, helpful and professional. Nothing was too much trouble and the quality of the work is outstanding. Thank you Bluewater for a great job. Bluewater Bathroom and Kitchens are fantastic. I cannot praise them enough. I was put in situation where I had to turn a property around in two months as a tenant left unexpectedly. I have recently purchased a bathroom, kitchen and a huge fitted wardrobe in the property from them and am delighted with them! It is wonderful that you can do all three rooms in one hit! Their customer service is friendly, knowledgable and professional. They were really helpful from start to finish! Their products have helped to add a significant amount of money to the property which I am delighted with. I couldn't have got everything done in time if it was not for them. I am already thinking I cannot wait to order my next kitchen and bathroom from them which has made me want to buy another property. If I do they will be my choice! 😀 ~ Tricia S
We decided to have a new kitchen ours was looking old and very tired. So we went and had a look at Bluewater Bathrooms and Kitchens York. We met Dominic he was very helpful, going through all the design worktops, doors, cabinets, handles etc. He was very professional and went through every detail. We were told it would be a three week project. The first to arrive was Sean the cabinet fitter he took out the old kitchen, followed by the electricians, plasters and plumbers. Sean returned the following week to fit the Kitchen and flooring. He was great very professional.There was no waiting about and everything went smoothly. We would recommend Bluewater Bathrooms and Kitchens York to anybody, first class job. ~ Richard K
My husband and myself are absolutely delighted with our new bathroom. The staff at Bluewater have been first class from start to finish, from Ian who we met initially who guided myself and my daughter through everything we needed without any pressure which was a bonus, he was great. The young man Ed who was in charge was brilliant, he was helped by Harry in the second week and they worked extremely hard, only stopping for a short lunch break and cleaning up every day when they had finished. We were so impressed by there workmabship, i cannot find a fault at all. My husband a well retired ex plumber who was very dubious at first has admitted they made an excellent job!!! Bluewater have just completed an amazing transformation of our 25 year old bathroom. We have dealt with Mark Robinson (Contracts Manager) throughout the whole process. Our bathroom is not large but Mark’s design has made the room seem twice as big, Mark has exceptional knowledge and has been a delight to deal with , we enjoyed our meetings.Mark (another Mark) fitted the bathroom in a totally professional manner . The quality of his work is outstanding, nothing was too much trouble for him, a pleasure to have him in the house, probably one of the best tradesmen I have ever dealt with. In a nut shell, if you are considering a bathroom upgrade, just go to Bluewater, you won’t be disappointed. ~ William R
From initial enquiry through to planning and delivery the whole team were amazing. Dominic was very informative when planning and designing helping us keep in budget whilst still achieving the dream. Matt was excellent throughout the fitting process keeping us informed, checking on the details and the plasterers and electrician were also super helpful and workmanship is excellent. We hit a couple of snags which were promptly dealt with and we now have a kitchen/diner that we love. We highly recommend the whole team at bluewater having now had kitchen and bathroom done. We used Bluewater for a shower cubicle replacement in the family bathroom and for a complete refurb/remodel of our en-suite. We had to wait a little while but the end result was well worth it, from beginning to end Bluewaters staff were courteous, professional,and knowledgeable, they couldnt have been more helpful. Our fitter Danny was on time and an excellent tradesman he was very considerate regarding our home whilst he was working in it, and cleaned up after himself every night. Basically Adrian at Bluewater did every thing he said he would do, on time and on budget. We do not hesitate to recommend Bluewater to any potential clients in the future. It was brilliantly easy to get our new bathroom through Bluewater. We visited the showroom in Clifton Moor to speak to Adrian and he arranged to measure up our bathroom in the next few days. We then received an approximate quote from him for a complete rip out and start again job. We then went back to the showroom to discuss with Adrian the details of our bathroom design and we could walk around the showroom and pick bits from all the displays, while he patiently looked at my bathroom Pinterest board to get an idea of what we wanted. A final quote was given there and then and we agreed dates for fitting. Luke did a fantastic job of fitting the bathroom and it looks beautiful. We all respected social distancing rules and despite obvious coronavirus delays, Bluewater did a great job and we couldn’t be happier with our new bathroom. Thanks again guys! ~ Bethany B
Chris & Dom have been fantastic in helping us from the design of our kitchen, considering all the details that would give us the ideal finish we wanted. They were so helpful and communicated all the details of the installation process throughout. Chris went out of his way to ensure we were satisfied with the service from Bluewater - He had great ideas on how to use the space in our kitchen and even chased up other tradespeople to ensure our renovation project stayed on track. We cannot praise Bluewater enough for the superb guidance, service and after service provided throughout our kitchen design and installation project. In particular Dominic was very helpful and patient during the selection and design process, coordinating the plasterers and electricians and the main installation team, Liam and Paul, were fantastic from start to finish. Dominic was very responsive to our questions and dealt with any issues promptly, for example a kitchen unit door obviously damaged during transit, was replaced immediately. We have been very happy with Bluewater from start to finish and would not hesitate to use them for future home improvement projects. ~ Jon N

They were responsive to emails, worked with my ideas, and gave smart, practical suggestions that really improved the final design. The fitter was excellent; professional, friendly, and even finished ahead of schedule. The quality of the finished room is brilliant and I’m very happy with how it turned out. We recently moved house and needed to replace a dated bathroom and en-suite. We contacted Bluewater and Adrian measured up and gave us his experienced view on options for both rooms. We visited the showroom where Adrian created scale plans, it was really helpful to see samples of flooring and furniture as well as tiles and suites. We then received a detailed quote and booked in a date for fitting. Even with the disruption of the pandemic Bluewater started work on the planned date. Mark arrived 8am prompt and ensured our new carpets were full protected, he discussed the design and details before starting. We couldn’t fault Mark’s work and his attention to detail. He worked very hard, was always on time and ensured everything was to our satisfaction. Our kitchen/diner renovation has just come to an end and what a fantastic job Bluewater and their contractors have done. It was a huge job but it was completed in the specified time frame of 6 weeks (minus a few last minute touch ups). Dom at Bluewater project managed the whole thing so everything felt effortless and smooth from our end, maybe not from his end haha. We were kept in the loop about everything while the project was happening and nothing seemed too much trouble during the design stage even with a picky customer like me! Would highly recommend. From start to finish Bluewater have been the amazing. From helping to design my compact bathroom to installation, Mark Robinson and the team at Bluewater have delivered. They are absolutely not the cheapest but you will not be disappointed. You are made to feel like a valued client and offer great advice about how to maximise the space. The workmanship on the fitting is 2nd to none (thanks Luke). I am so delighted with the work I think I need to move into the Bathroom as its now my favourite room in the house! We used Bluewater to install a new upstairs bathroom and downstairs shower room. Both were major jobs that were completely and very effectively managed by Mark, who offered great advice, helpful suggestions and took the stress out of the whole business. Since we needed a builder, plasterer, electrician, fitter and skip hire all running to a tight schedule, the fact that Mark completely handled all such aspects was extremely valuable. From beginning to end, our experience with Bluewater was very positive: careful consideration of what we wanted; multiple potential designs discussed and mapped out to ensure we got the features we wanted, with due consideration given to costs and quality; all work completed to a very high standard; and an excellent response to any requests to tweak design decisions wherever possible. Fantastic service from start to finish transforming our kitchen/dining room and utility room. It wasn't a small project, but we felt completely at ease throughout the whole process. Chris and Sean went above and beyond to ensure the job was completed to the highest standard - we thank you both, as well as Dom and all the trades who were all professional and arrived exactly when planned. We chose Bluewater to replace the bathroom in our new house after discovering several problems with it. Mark did a fantastic job changing the layout of the room to make it work for our needs and Luke was able to fit the bathroom faster than we thought, taking care to inform us of any issues he faced each day and ensure we were happy with the work done. The finished room is fantastic, finished to a high standard and also within budget. All work was done seamlessly around our busy schedule too. From first contact to completion of the bathroom and ensuite, the process was very smooth. The sales team were very friendly and provided very good advice and options that would best fit our needs. Great choice of quality products, with very knowledgeable staff. The fitter talked us through everything they were doing when it came to the installation, including an option to improve the space available in our ensuite. The quality of workmanship and the final finish is first class. Cannot fault anything and I would not hesitate in recommended Bluewater to anyone. ~ C S
